The only exercise where u do concentric first is dead lift and advanced squats.
You mention concentric first but when u start breathing u breathe out. Why is that? Explain to me why u mention concentric but then u do eccentric first. Thanks

Why some people say u have to inhale during concentric and exhale during eccentric?

I keep getting the words mixed up. So easiest way for me to remember is that you exhale when you flex…"ex" when you "flex".

Hey Naomi! Could you please make more of those beginner workouts? Your ab one was perfect for me. Not only have I always felt like I cant exercise in general but I have chronic illnesses which mean I physically cant handle intense workout. The length and instruction of that video is amazing for me and has been keeping my strength up during lockdown without over exerting myself. If you could do a collection of other parts of the body like legs, booty, stretches etc….it would be amazing 🤍 you could make them into a playlist! Thanks so much xx
