  5. Hey Naomi! Could you please make more of those beginner workouts? Your ab one was perfect for me. Not only have I always felt like I cant exercise in general but I have chronic illnesses which mean I physically cant handle intense workout. The length and instruction of that video is amazing for me and has been keeping my strength up during lockdown without over exerting myself. If you could do a collection of other parts of the body like legs, booty, stretches etc….it would be amazing 🤍 you could make them into a playlist! Thanks so much xx
