  5. Wow. I'm super impressed. Jeff has amazing coordination. Extreme dexterity and strength. I didn't even know some of those excercizes existed, and I've been doing calisthenics for years. He is truly next level. Quite a few of these excercizes take a lot of practice just to get the coordination down, not to mention the strength needed to perform them. Also, lever raises and face pulls are hard as hell, and he does them with ease. Two thumbs up. 👍 😎
