– 10-Quarter-hour of full-body foam rolling
– Dynamic stretches
– Heat-Up Units: 1-2 units at ~50% of your working set weight, 1 set at ~75% of your working set weight, transfer into working units after
(Please notice that that is only a very GENERAL technique of warming up & relying on the quantity of units/reps/load you intend on doing on your working units, your heat up units will look totally different. Your working units are the “actual” units of exercises you’ll do after finishing the nice and cozy up units.)

"Push the floor down"? Did I hear this right? What does it mean? You may want to slow your speaking a little because the words slur a bit. Also it would have been nice to hear at the being what muscles convencional and sumo deadlifts work.
