I want to start a fitness journey but super nervous about it. I’m a complete beginner, always low energy and not balanced well lol. My goals are to gain weight everywhere and I’m worried that would be weird to explain to the gym to figure out what workouts to do. I’m worried about going there alone for the first time and getting started. With all the other people around. But part of me still wants to try and get out of my comfort zone and start looking and feeling better. 😊

Looking for workouts for my wife who played soccer in HS(she’s now in her thirties) but never tried weight training. I’ve been going to the gym on and off for the past 8 years, but now a new work schedule and children have prevented me from going to the gym consistently since early July 2022. We’re getting a home gym setup to alleviate that issue. I’ve found what I think is great advice from your videos to help my wife get started.

I just moved house and the only viable gym near me is full of people my age as there are 3 sixth forms/colleges near by (I’m 17) and some people there can be a bit .. judgemental. Does anyone have any advice for gym anxiety??
All I have right now is running shoes for the gym. Is that okay for now to go in? Waiting for my next paycheck to get my converse
