  9. I've changed my diet to only whole foods. No junk. No sugar. No problem with that. But i been training. Doing Jeff's program 3am to 4am. Then evening's 7pm to 8pm. Then shower and hit the pillow. I am hoping to grow new muscles and loose fat. Get ripped if i can. Im determined to do or die trying. Go again
