Before I was only doing boxfit so hardly any weights except kettlebells here and there. Only machine I knew how to use was a treadmill so I always put off going to the gym

  6. I am from Ontario Canada. I just started going to the gym. If any instructors at the gym have to show you how to use the equipment then you have to pay for personal training. I am originally from Trinidad and that wasn't considered personal training. Also asking for equipment suggestions to help with certain areas. Things really change. Hence the reason I am looking at your video.
