BEGINNER AB WORKOUT | STEP BY STEP

On this video, we can be doing a really beginner-friendly ab workout that may be completed proper at residence and does not require any gear.

I just started working out for a change and it's really hard for me to follow other "beginner" ab workouts cause oftentimes i always feel like dying from it🤣 but this one is actually bearable and easier. I'll try this one for.. maybe weeks, then switch gradually to intermediate ab workouts. Little by little 🖤

  7. I’m so glad this is a workout that is actually beginner friendly. I feel more motivated to do this workout multiple days in a row if I don’t feel like I’m going to die the first time.

  8. Bugün başladım!!! Belim: 75 kilom: 57 hedef kilo ise:54 Çok çok az kaldı… Cuma günleri ise tartı günü hadi bakalım 🏃🏻‍♀️

    ✅ 1. günü tamamladım ve kaslarımın çalıştığını hissettim.

    ✅ 2. günü de tamamladım! Fakat vücudum üstünden bir kamyon geçmiş gibi… 🥴

    ✅ 3. günü de tamamladım ama o kadar zorlandım ki 🙁 Fakat yediklerime hiç dikkat etmediğim bir hafta oldu. Onun için ne kadar etkili olur bilmiyorum 🤫

    ❎ 4. gün ve bugün biraz ara veriyorum. Vücudumun dinlenmeye ihtiyacı var. Bakalım yarın tartı günüü 🧚🏻‍♀️

    ❌❌ 2 gün malesef ara verdim. Tartıldım. Düzenli bir diyet uygulayamadığım için belim incelmemiş. Fakat 700 gr yağdan yakarken 500 gr da kas yapmışım yeeey!!! Bugün geri döndüm ve bu videoya ek olarak bir egzersiz daha başladım. Daha güzel sonuçların olduğu bir hafta olur inşallah 🤭
