    Since Ive been watching the male videos.. i realized all the injuries i have gotten since trying to get back in shape are because of muscles that are not developed. Come on Jeff. Do ur videos for both guys and girls and stop separating them , please.

  3. I don't like the format of XX, I miss your charisma, your explanations there. I wanna build muscle and would love to have specific guidance on how to build muscle, without focusing on "losing", or aesthetics. I just watch Athlean X with you there, and follow your advice

  4. I have both programs athlene xx and athelene x I find that athene xx was good to start with but I prefer athlene xx now that I have been working out a while. I like the variety Jeff gives in his workouts compared to the woman's athlene xx. Plus I enjoy watching Jessie goof around. Jeff Cavalier is one trainer who practices what he preaches. Total respect to a man who is true to what he believes in.
