  1. A lots of people watch the channel just to point out the people on the videos are on steroids. But missed the point that the exercises are to be incorporated on your daily exersice routine, not to achive an especific type of physique. Great content on this channel, as always.

  2. The last time you posted a biceps workout I posted in comments which biceps heads each lift worked. You gave m 4 hearts. It seems you learned nothing as you managed to get it all wrong here. You also seem to have no clue about the triceps heads either
