Ugh i think my gym’s one is broken, I can never bring the seat higher it barely moves and is still too low for my 5’4 self 🙁 it always hurts my back using it because of it so i prefer to just do hip thrusts at the squat rack but its almost always taken

My gym just got this. Best machine of all time.
This is the only exercise that makes me feel a burn in my glutes. Deadlifts or squats don’t. Once I got passed the awkwardness of using this machine in a crowded gym lol, I do these every leg day
