  2. The bench it’s really easy to assemble, it’s comfortable and I love the multiple angles you can set the back rest . The only bad thing about the bench it’s the legs they are not wide enough which sometimes feels like you’re about to fall on the side . Other than that it’s a good quality bench. Can be easily improved. Probably I’ll add 3 or 6 inches to legs to improve the falling on the side problem.

  5. Also I am scared of all fellow humans but just to try and reduce the discomfort I go to a ladies only gym. I remember my previous gym instructor (a stupid man) kept laughing at me and mocking me and kept staring at me because I'm the unique, fully dressed, makeup-free, skin diseased, flat chested, hairy, undeveloped, hideous, outcast who had the audacity (that's right) to show up for my own wellbeing! I signed up aged ago and only managed to go about 3 times . I asked the lady instructor so many questions but not anymore. Usually I youtube everything before I go but this time I did not! Tonight I will put in earphones, ignore everyone and do my own thing having researched how to use gym equipment online

  8. I am so so grateful for these videos because when you hear of these exercises you think you know what to do but then you show up at the gym and realize “um am i doing this right?”. I know I can just watch someone else do it at the gym but that can be akward if you make eye contact lol. It definitely helps keep me aware of my form too! Thanks so much Naomi!!
