Have a great rest of your week! 🥰
i still can’t do it when i do scissor/butterfly kicks 😭 whenever i extend my legs my back just arches like my legs are heavy 😭😭
Still can't do it …
Flattening my back hurts because I have a natural swayed back. Any tips for me?
Bless your life this fixed my back pain
ahhh I've been struggling with this for so long and kept wondering why I couldn't keep my back flat no matter how hard I tried. Can't believe it was that simple 😭 thank yoouuu
I cannot have my back flat because it's naturally arched 😭
My only problem is it doesn’t stay when I do leg lifts. My back arches now matter how hard I try to tuck my butt in. I also have scoliosis. Would that contribute to it?
Hi Naomi, I love your videos, and I wanted to know what to do with mid and lower back pain, no matter how much I try to follow this and I tried to make sure my form is good, however when ever I do any form of ab workouts , my back gives in and I seem to have trouble doing any workout.
I tried to make sure my back is flat on the mat or I’m not bending in but it seems any time I try to lift my leg off the mat, there’s a hard strain.
You explain that we need to perform a posterior pelvic tilt, but you don't explain in detail how we do that. I'm having difficulty performing the posterior pelvic tilt.
My lower back does still hurt when i’m doing bicycle crunch or something like that
I noticed you have an extra layer of support under the yoga mat. So I’m guessing this helps with keeping your posterior form?
How can I keep that posture while my legs go down? I try to but all of my body weight switches.
Can this also work stopping your legs from hurting too? As my legs tend to hurt when I attempt ab workouts.
Simple and well explained/demonstrated. Thank you!
me in a nutshell
abs: lemme do the work
lower back: yeah NO
I literally can’t keep my back flat bc my butt is too big ;-; even when I try to force my pelvis to the floor, my butt forces an arch when I go down 💀
Came here how to get posterior tilt in exercise bc as soon as I elevate my legs my back arches, I still have this question 😭
I couldn't entirely interept, can somebody explain to me here?
I have very bad lower back pain from doing lily Sabri ab/smaller waist workout
my neck feels strained and hurts when I do ab exercises 🙁 everyone tells me to "engage your core muscles" or "use your abs" but the reason I'm doing said ab exercises is because I don't have core muscles or abs that are strong enough to do said ab exercises… what should I do about my neck? :/
Hi! I appreciate your effort and time on your guide however even after I successfully tuck my back and eliminate my anterior tilt, during my workout the moment I lower my legs my back goes into anterior portion again. I can't seem to find a solution to this, do you have any ideas?
thank you !!
