Excellent but you still can't beat bar bell for heavy weight as compound movements not to mention everyone has front debts as they get workout during bench press but rear not many have that and side gives you width which ma I Es you look bigger so front raises are my last exercise I always do and even leave them out to save energy for rear debts than side debts. Buy good video if only have dumbbells on hand
