Hi Naomi! Thank you for your videos like always :)) ✨ I’m gradually increasing my weight and tomorrow I’ll hip thrust 88 pounds! It’s just that I have been thinking ; ‘cause I warm up with 5-10 min of cardio, 1-2 sets of glute activation. 1-2 sets of half the weight, and then my actual working set starts which are 3 in the 12 – 16 range.
Am I warming up completely wrong?
I thought I didn’t need warm up sets as I’m not lifting that heavy yet 🤔
