That’s not to say there won’t be days that still suck, but they will become less and less with the right treatment. Gym has always been my sanctuary and the one place I can go to escape all my troubles and to do something for myself. Its the one thing that always makes me feel good and its something I never want to stop doing no matter what.

  6. 6 months ago I tore my calf, I was in the best shape of my life then near the end of my rehabilitation my bicep goes 😞 3 weeks post surgery I don’t have the motivation I once had because is gained weight but watching this video today has pushed me to go and atleast use the treadmill

  8. Good for you, Jesse! I'm glad to see your progress. I'm still working out at 76 and enjoy challenging myself at the gym. Last Monday, my leg press sets were: 30 reps each with 180, 270, 360, and 450, followed by 18 reps with 540 and 6 reps at 610.

    Five years ago, I experienced knee pain just walking upstairs, so I started doing more volume, up to 6 sets of 30 leg presses at the same weight before adding more weight. That fixed the knee pain!! We just gotta keep on keepin' on!

Sadly we live in a world where people find it easier to be nasty than nice and it normally stems from jealousy of some sort and/or their own insecurities. The mental struggele is such a dead weight on life, i rescently had to concult a cardiologist due to my heart skipping beats, no surprise then that me beeing thin has adverse effects and he perscribed training. My thoughts jumped to you, and the joureny you are on and it inspires me to go and give it a try and stay concitent. I have several appointments lined up to get the correct training in to make a good base to start slowly building on. The food part scares the shit out of me though. So i'm getting some profecial guidence regarding nutrition. Thanks for sharing dude. You dooing great and thanks for sharing
