  2. I'm very new to the gym and my anatomy sucks lmao but if you lay the bench flat does it work your lower chest? And when you sit it up does it work your upper chest ?

  3. Exercise 9 (Machine Chest Press), his form is wrong, he should’ve increased the seat’s height, in the video he’s like working out on his shoulders not his chest, wrong form.
