1) Glute Bridges | 30 seconds
2) Russian Twists | 30 seconds

In a gym session, would you recommend choosing specific days for specific workouts (e.g. – Monday is arms, Tuesday is back, Wednesday abs) or would you try and do full body workouts each session?
