My girlfriend and I just finished watching this video and got kind of a chuckle out of it. We were just discussing the CT situation jokingly the other day and I'm assuming that's how this video found its way into my feed. Lol. My GF and I are both fitness professionals and she practically lives in leggings and Lycra shorts. She was just commenting that why where underwear with leggings at all? I would tend to agree with her on that. My girlfriend pretty much only wears underwear when it's that time of the month and that's pretty much it. She agrees with you that CT is a natural thing so why bother hiding it? She tends to agree with me on the fact that it's actually sexy as hell and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Then again, my GF is not only a world-class trainer but, she is also a professional fitness model, professional fitness pole dancer and feature exotic dancer. Thus, she has absolutely no problem showing off her body and people see her nude all the time. She actually wears a lot of gymshark and buff bunny leggings and sports bras. Those are definitely a couple of her go-to brands. This was a very interesting video.

YES the long torso struggle!! I love highwaisted stuff but to actually hit my waist the rise must be at least 12 inches. Anything lower than that hits under the waist
