  2. la grasa no se quema específicamente en la zona que haces el entrenamiento, en esa zona solo crecen los músculos porque rompes las fibras al hacer ejercicio y crecen mas fuertes, pero la grasa no se consume solo de la zona que entrenas si no de todo el cuerpo

  3. its kinda weird cause like i cant even do 2 sets of these and im a pretty fit guy, thr first exercise got me all the time, i camt simply do it correctly and when i turn back down i kinda smash my head on the floor, any advice?
