  1. Me: 170cm , 64kg. 3 years layoff
    My routine:

    Warm up – 10 minutes walk, dynamic stretch.

    Incline fast push up – 2 set 10reps.
    Flat fast push up – 2 set 10reps.

    Bb incline/flat bench press: 2set 10reps.
    Bb decline smith machine: 2 set 10reps.

    Dip – 2 set until failure.

    Db incline/flat benchpress 3 set 12 reps

    Calves 4set until failure (i do calves on chest day)

    My routine is easy, non intense, short. Im focusing on form and discipline. Good for first 1 month. Result will come later accordingly.
