Great Video, I just getting back to working out the gym, after recovering from Eye Surgery last November, I was doing chest exercises along with back exercises, but instead of going heavy, I doing it light for about 4 months, then I'll try to go heavy to increase my strength
A leg day is more important than a back day.
A back day is important than a chest day.
A chest day is more important than an arm day.
Your workout videos are great. It would be awesome if you can make a workout for forearms and traps by just using dumbbells. Thanks again for all of these great workouts. God bless you and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
