  2. Been doing a few of these at one set of 20 each for a few weeks now. Definitely feel better in myself and seem to be visibly losing weight. Will probably increase the sets soon and go for the more difficult exercises as well, thanks for the video and important focus on form.🙌🏻🙌🏻
