  3. Is there any workout to shed lower body fat gained after all-day-sitting for months? I'm struggling to attain that lean hams and quads , have already tried weight training and it just makes those muscles more thick.

  4. So I did that today, that was one of the hardest thing ever. Couldn't do this serie more than twice with a lot of rest inbetween and to tell the truth the pushup going forward thing I had to stop it before i reach my goal.
