  3. You need to make balance in all parts… Should include squat and deadlift as compound exercises
    … Then at least four different exercises for different four parts e.g. hip thrust for glutes, leg curl for hamstrings, leg extension or press or lunge for quads and lastly calf raise… Weak glutes will cause back pain after squat or deadlift.. So don't forget hip thrust or weighted glute bridge
