I have less than 60 g carbs per day, 80-100 g of fats from olive oil, grapeseed oil, etc, and 200-300 g protein and I don't even want or crave any junk food like chips, cake, cookies, donuts, pizza, etc. It's all about mind over matter and having the discipline to follow thru.
