  3. I'm 182 cm tall 92kg … I workout in the gym n i have considerable amount of fat in my chest n belly. So it's suggested to keep a 300 calorie deficit in my total consumption. So will it affect my muscle gain ?? Plz help n give a suggestion. Big fan n a regular viewer.
