Hi! I personally don’t mind longer Vlogs, I’m in the UK and we are going through a cold patch, we haven’t been below 0°C and we are all complaining feeling so sorry for ourselves, I can’t even imagine what is like to be where you are. A suggestion for you , for those days when you are out and about, is to bring some food with you, I often have a piece of fruit, nuts, a chocolate bar or even protein bars. I always have something in my rucksack because when I’m hungry I stop thinking straight ending up making wrong decisions.
It has happened many times that I think “This is going to take no time” and then Im stuck in traffic, or on a very long queue to pay a bill, or an underground station is close, or a train broke,etc, etc, etc, Truth being told, I hate being hungry, and I also hate waisting food, and I try to avoid single use plastics, so bringing something from home solves some of those problems for me.
