  1. Is it just me or are most of these workouts the same movement just different variations? I would think you’d want different movements to target the back in different ways, not just so 100 reps of bent over rows

  2. Can someone answer these questions for dumbbell deadlifts. 1. When leaning down do you let the weight roll your shoulders down to emphasize the pull on the lats? When standing back up do you pinch the shoulders back in the upright position and push pecs out? Thanks.

  3. Very dumb question. If I do the sets in this video and do all the workouts. Would that be a good full workout or should I add in other workouts as well to make it a full workout?

  4. This is a joke right. Not 1 person is doing the correct form for any of these movements. And not even full extension for a squeeze at the top. This is bro science not actual good advice.
