Behind the head pulldowns are awful and do very little. Avoid doing them to prevent shoulder injuries.

Behind the neck lat pulldowns what is this the 60s, puts the rotator cuff in a compromised position, making it prone to injury, only stupid people do these who are looking for an injury not a bigger back ever do these! By the way I'm a personal trainer with over 50 yes 50 years of training in building muscle ! Might want to rethink giving dangerous advice to followers of your channel!
