I already am a member of athleanx but there are also few weighted lower abs exercises. pretty much all im getting is leg raises with a dumbbell between your feet. i have good upper abs but i also want my lower abs to pop. anyone know of any good weighted lower ab exercises and jeff if you see this what would be your top 5?
