Vi todo el video por que me pareció interesante aprender algunos extras para el abdomen, pero a mi no me engañan ni engañen a la gente.
Si mucho con buena dieta y dándole duro todos los días a mi core, he logrado marcar mi transverso abdominal y a duras penas se me ve el recto abdominal en solo 4 meses que llevo trabajando.
Esto es de tiempo, paciencia y mucha perseverancia. además no todos los cuerpos se comportan igual y con sólo estos ejercicios no será suficiente.

Abs are made in the kitchen and not in 28 days. These exercises are really good to get your core strong and shape up the basement. But this will not melt the body fat covering your abs..

Eso no se logra en 28 días, si no en años, si no es sopa instantánea, yo tengo toda mi vida en eso, y tengo buen abdomen pero es por los años, no sé engañen.
A única coisa que os exercícios abdominais fazem é fortalecer os músculos e sem uma boa dieta não vão aparecer, pode fazer um milhão de abdominais o ano todo, tem que perder gordura e eles vão aparecerem.
