  1. Vi todo el video por que me pareció interesante aprender algunos extras para el abdomen, pero a mi no me engañan ni engañen a la gente.

    Si mucho con buena dieta y dándole duro todos los días a mi core, he logrado marcar mi transverso abdominal y a duras penas se me ve el recto abdominal en solo 4 meses que llevo trabajando.
