Theres actually a harder version of this in the Special Tactix program on Athlean-X.com In that version you do three rounds and each round increases the length of the hold; each time you have to put down the bell, you owe a 10s hang on a pull up bar. It was called Guerilla Tactix and it's in the last week of that program. GREAT WORKOUT! ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!
