  1. I just got it. Hard as fuck. I noticed some of the videos don't load. I won't let that be an excuse to not do the exercise, but I just thought I'd mention it. I just throw it on the end of my regular workouts.

  7. Guys stop saying that " you dont need this app to get abs" probably u dont. But its gonna help u a lot i KNOW it those exercises are the best and most of the arent "out there in the internet" and even IF they were its still one think to look in the internet for each one , how many reps 2 do,when etc.. and completely different to have a meal plan, and workout plan that u just need 2 look up at ur phone and start doing them.And its really cheap but the problem is he should`ve made it for PC too..

  8. you dont need this app to get abs at all, all you need is strong motivation, relatively good diet and low body fat percentage in most cases

  9. @xrisp Yeah i agree with you. I didn't mean the only way to get abs is exclusively doing fat burning exercises. Getting abs is like 80% diet, 20% exercise. Athlean-X does offer an eating plan so it does help you on that front to.
