There is a different hand position from the cartoonized dude to the actual person. This is for Exercises #6 Alternatinng narrow grip and #7 Chest Supported DB Rows. Don't know what hand position to follow, or does it matter?

1:28 is it will show the same result if i put my grip slightly to the middle, i mean slightly to the bar's bends about 10 cm to the middle from the video's former we saw.
