Is it just me or are most of these workouts the same movement just different variations? I would think you’d want different movements to target the back in different ways, not just so 100 reps of bent over rows

my workout today…though activation of infraspinatous is questionable on dumbbell bent over rowing as the action is not supported.
Can someone answer these questions for dumbbell deadlifts. 1. When leaning down do you let the weight roll your shoulders down to emphasize the pull on the lats? When standing back up do you pinch the shoulders back in the upright position and push pecs out? Thanks.
