Would appreciate tips on which exercises to do each day. Like which compliment each other and ones you might want to avoid doing back-to-back because they work the same muscle and may overwork it.
What weight would you recommend the dumbells to be for this workout if I'm a beginner?

Did this workout felt great!!! Unfortunately only had 40 and 15 lb dumbell but used the 40s for the press exercises and the 15 for the pulls and raises
