  1. Different styles are for different functionality. You'll ruin the buttery soft by running or walking a lot in them… They each serve a different purpose and that is why they are different prices/fit/material… This was a weird video.

  2. Okay!!! That expensive legging did mess up my eyes. I did not expect the close up on the try on, almost barfed 😂😂😂😂 butttttt although I hear your concerns, they looooked super high fashion on you. That even kidding.

  3. The sizing kind of depends depending on the fabric. For example, for Aligns (nulu fabric) and Wunder Unders made of luon fabric, I'd size down from your usual. For Aligns (again, nulu fabric), you could even get away sizing down twice. I'd recommend sizing down only once for luon fabrics if you want a snug fit, otherwise it is a tad loose if you get your regular size. But then for Wunder Unders made of the luxtreme fabric, I'd say size up to be more comfortable (your glitch leggings were made of luxtreme). I personally exclusively buy Align leggings because I have issues with every other model of legging that they sell. However, I do hate how delicate Aligns are. From speaking to staff on the design team, it seems like they are constantly updating the Nulu fabric to make it less vulnerable to pilling and other defects.

Overall, Lulu is crazy overpriced, which is why they're able to offer so many programs with heavy discounts (25% off for Sweat Collective members, nurses, etc). 50-70% off for certain types of employees, etc. I interned for their HQ and I got 50% off just from the 4 months I was there. But Aligns are a gem for sure! Knowing your legging preferences though, I personally wouldn't recommend any other legging from Lululemon for you. MAYBE you'd like the Wunder Unders made of luon fabric (the majority are made of Luxtreme, which I really don't like, so you have to double check). I like the luon Wunder Unders mostly for winter though, because they are really thick, warm and flattering. You could even get away with wearing them to work if your dress code isn't too strict. However, I would never work out in them because they ain't breatheable one bit.

Any questions, let me know! I'm always happy to talk about my experience with the brand.

  4. Went to lulu this weekend wanted those camo ones so bad but I’m tall I wanted the 28s the crop look so cute on you but I’m all leg and 5’10” . Love your channel so much thanks for all the informative videos

  5. I noticed you love wearing size small in all ur gymshark. So you would be a size 6 in the majority of lululemon products. Also make sure you gentle wash all ur lulu’s and low temperature dry or hang dry. NEVER use softener. Since you’re short like me your best friend length would be 25”, 23” and 21” inseam. If anything is too long lululemon offers FREE hemming for anything lulu you own. Low impact workout are aligns and anything NULU Material. High impact is anything luxtreme or everylux, so you can try wunder trains.

  6. I only wear aligns and wunder under luxtreme. I Sized up in wunder unders because they are more compressive than aligns. But I feel like they make your glutes look so much better especially hiked up And FYI, align shorts are my all time FAV. Also, Lulu does free hemming so if leggings are a touch long, don’t fret!

  7. I always wonder who actually buys Lab items- it’s their “experimental” stuff. Very weird and over priced. But the grey looked cute on u 🙂

As someone with a drawer of lulu leggings, I think Aligns are the best (anything in Nulu fabric for that matter). They’re supposed to be for yoga/lounging, and lots of complaints about pilling. But I haven’t had any issues with pilling (20+ pairs) and I wear them for yoga, hiit, Zumba, some strength training. But to teach Spinning I wear Wunder Trains- a bit slicker, more compressive, more durable and sweat wicking. A bit warm for summer.

Don’t forget to try the Align shorts (4”, 6”, 8”)!! You’d probably also like the aligns in 23”. I prefer 25” and they also come in 28” and even 31”. Also lulu does free hemming on any of their items. :))

Sorry this is so long but sizing: some people say size down in aligns but I suggest stay true to size. I’m a 24.5 inch waist and size 4 are perfect. For some other leggings (like wunder train) you may even want to size up.

  8. The most flattering leggings i can wear to lift are the Invigorates 25in inseam, and the Wunder Trains are also flattering + durable. During the summer I wear Wunder Train shorts 6in inseam. The quality in the fabric is worth it. Also tmi but gymshark would show all my sweat, none of it was sweat-proof. Lulu dries quickly and doesn’t show all my sweat 😅

I would’ve searched ‘best lululemon leggings to train in’ instead of highest to lowest. I also prefer the sizing bc in Gymshark small fits my waist but not my legs. Whereas Lulu has numeric sizing.

  9. I live in Canada and find the store experience here is very helpful. I wear an xs in gym shark leggings and I have lulus everywhere from size 2, 4, 6, and 8. I have two pairs that have last 9+ years and still retain shape. I’m 5’6 and get all full length leggings tailored. I have one pair of align and they are super soft, but they are not my fav style. I am more conscious in align about upper leg and booty cellulite so I sized up. Lulu makes great jackets as well!

  10. See this is why I just can't bring myself to buy any of their leggings. The invasive front seam and too low glute seams are just deal breakers for the price when I can get better for cheaper elsewhere.

  11. Ashley, is it possible that you can do a review on the best athletic underwear to wear with leggings? I have tried so many and they are either very visible (lines) or they roll up and don't sit well (laser cut or seamless). Or if you have suggestions, I would love to hear it and will try anything.

  12. Dude those more expensive ones hurt my freaking eyes to view!!!! I couldn’t believe it they looked like the weirdest pattern! Hope you can return and get more aligns they were nice on you!
