I need to work on form with my lunges.. Also I wasn't great with timing and would have benefited from a time clock before each set started.
4 Simple exercices but efficient :) just don't know why when I do lunges, I sometimes have pains in my knees, maybe it's because I'm 6'3 tall, I don't know
Amazing video! Make sure when you do the chest press that your back isn’t in the air as it can harm your back. Back needs to be flat on the chair. Don’t want you getting an injury!💁🏼♀️x
