  3. Hi guys and gals, I have a little warning for some of you that aren't in the best shape and you're considering doing this challenge. Be sure to warm up before doing this and don't overdo it with the speed. I've messed up my back so bad while doing the sprinter lunges that I actually had to be be taken to the hospital by ambulance (something snapped :)). It's been more than a week and I still can barely walk. Just a friendly reminder.

I did 368 gave it my all I had to improvise w the dumbbells I only have one 20 lb one so the renegade row reps were slowed down a bit bc kept having to swap hands n used the rack for the squat press n curls. It was hard my legs were literally on fire n I was sweating to death but I'm just getting back into beast mode again I fell off for a bit well for a long time I should say.
