It's preety hard to properly do push ups, each video tells u something "Look to the front" "Don't look to the front" "Rotate your shoulders" "Don't rotate your shoulders" and now he's saying that we should squeezing shoulder blades and i just saw another guy saying the exatcly opposite, there's any study that can show the real way to do push ups?
