  8. I work two weeks on two weeks off. When I’m away at work I go to the gym everyday which then helps me to get into the habit of eating well. I then drop lots of fat thanks to the diet. I tend to go home looking really good. But…once I’m at home due to having two young kids I can’t get to the gym and as soon as that gym muscle burn wears off (usually a few days after I get home) I’m back to eating all the crap my wife buys in for the kids!😩

I have always done weight lifting, cross country skiing and mountain biking – and I can eat just almost as much as I want every day still as a 52 year old man.     When you lose all your body fat, (by not eating carbs during the day, weightlifting, and then eating a few carbs in the evening to promote sleep), you'll look like Jeff.
    When you have Jeff's body fat %, then try to eat like Jeff (with the moderate number of starchy carbs). But if you're reading this, you almost certainly don't already have Jeff's body fat %. And since you don't have Jeff's body fat %, don't eat like Jeff. (You can't eat starchy carbs and lose body fat. Doing that will just slow down, stop, or reverse your body fat loss.)

I’ve been walking an average of 11-12k steps a day and I’ve seen very little progress. I don’t understand because before then, I was eating a lot and not exercising much. How tf am I not seeing any results? I’m also down 10 lbs from last year while working out consistently. I don’t understand.
