    Hi, guys. I want to say thank you. I never train before. I have zero experience with lifting, so thank you for the outstanding job.
    My question is,
    1. for how long should I do the same exercise for one week, four weeks?

    2. I’m doing arms with chest, shoulders with back, Abs with Legs. Is that right wrong?

    I appreciate any help you can provide.
