  1. Yesterday, I did flat/inclined dumbell press( 3-3 set (12 rep) , bench press 3 set, 45 push up, chest press, also with rod machine 3-3 set…. Ya i am in proper form …
    But i still no feel pain….!!

    Why..?,?
    Please reply…. I feel like I waste my day in gym 🤦‍♂️
