I love this channel! I have learned so much and have used it to recover from injuries. I am a dancer and have incorporated light lifting and now rope jumping to help with jumps and endurance and I swear this routine makes my lungs want to pop. Dang. When I step on the rope I do traditional push ups or mountain climbers…that is a fantastic motivator not to step on the rope LOL

i need some help i am 17yo and i play basketball i am 1.95m and currently i am 85kg i have lost 9kg since easter my problem is that the only results are showing on my chest back legs and arms and my abs look better only when flexed…when im sitting though my belly feels too loose..looser than it was when i was 94kg
