  1. I was working on traps today. Looked at my arms in the mirror and surprised myself at how spindly my arms looked, esp forearms. I'm going to start incorporating these exercises into my plan. (I play guitar. Years ago, forearm workouts would exhaust the muscles, which wasn't conducive to the gig. I'll see how I react now)
