I started taking the protein and I felt different on the first day although many people say no buti was able to lift 40 weights of the largest 200 pounds of legs and other machine and when I was doing it the people look at mi said in his mind wow this guy's is to strong in that first day I was feeling like I was like hulk🤣

  3. Bit too much momentum, id take the weight down lower, hold the positions longer and go to absolute failure. Shake the lactic out and go again, im done in 35mins easy.
