Gonna start including these in my daily routine and gym, did a couple of reps of these and I definitely noticed a difference, my right shoulder was only making those popping sounds at times whenever I’d move them up or down, never had that before but started when I started going back to the gym this year.

    Must have f’d it up trying to do much in the beginning and my body was mainly out of shape, but I’m confident with these should stretch’s and exercises now, thank you!

  2. My popping and pain doesn’t happen while lifting my arms overhead, instead it happens when my arm is bent, with forearm parallel to the floor and I reach for something externally. So if left arm is bent and I reach outward to the left it pops right out and I have to push it back in. Is there a good exercise to stabilize or strengthen? So weird because it just started last month. Never had this before. Now it happens all the time. Help🙏?
