BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE GYM FULL BODY WORKOUT:

5-minute warm-up on the Stairmaster. 1:00
1) Leg Press | 4 units of 12 reps 6:40
2) Chest Press | 4 units of 12 reps 14:14
3) Huge-Grip Lat Pulldowns | 4 units of 12 reps 20:34
4) a. Dumbbell Bicep Curls | 12 reps 27:06
b. Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions | 12 reps 28:35
c. Relaxation for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat a-c for a complete of 4x.
5-minute cool-down on the Treadmill.

Relaxation for 1 minute in between set (be happy to relaxation longer in the event you want!).

    1:21 StairMaster/cardio of your choice
    7:38 Leg press (1st set of 4, 12 reps each)
    15:12 Chest Press (1st set of 4, 12 reps each)
    21:33 Lat Pull-downs (1st set of 4, 12 reps each)
    28:04 DB bicep curls superset with DB tricep extensions (1st set of 4, 12 reps each)
    36:30 Treadmill/cardio cooldown of your choice

    All of these timestamps start exactly when the exercise starts, so make sure to take rests in between!

  5. Anyone have any tips on the lat pull-down? When I do it, I feel it more in my biceps and sometimes triceps, not in my back:/ Could it be how I’m gripping the handle?
